Dr Sam Obamiyi

Co-Founder, Medical Director

Dr. Sam Obamiyi has been a dentist since 2004 and has had the privilege of being involved in Dentistry in Africa, The United Kingdom, The United States and now in Canada. Dr. Obamiyi is Registered in Alberta as a Specialist in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics. He completed a residency training in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics at the Eastman Institute for Oral Health, University of Rochester, NY. He also completed a Master of Science degree at the University of Rochester.

He is an avid sports lover and particularly enjoys watching and playing soccer and basketball.

Dr. Ehi Obadan

Medical Director
Dr. Ehi Obadan is a UK- and Canada-trained physician with broad experience in family practice and emergency medicine. Having practiced across Nova Scotia, Alberta, and Newfoundland, Dr. Obadan brings a deep commitment to patient advocacy, education, and compassionate care. He is known for clear communication and empathetic support and is passionate about empowering patients through informed healthcare decisions.

His scope of work spans mental health, pain management, and occupational health, supported by training through institutions such as Hello Mental Health, the University of Alberta, DoceMED (UK), and ACBOM (Canada). Dr. Obadan’s international background and dedication to medical education shape his thoughtful and holistic approach to care.

Vosa Akpavie

Administration
Vosa studied Human Resources Management in Aberdeen, Scotland before moving to Canada. She also has a background in Veterinary Medicine. At ED Collaborative Health, she enjoys her role in administration by supporting patients and staff.

Corrina Moldowan

Claims Manager
Corrina Moldowan is a passionate educator and multi-skilled professional with a background spanning healthcare, aesthetics, and wellness. With nearly two decades of experience in dental hygiene and clinical instruction at SAIT since 2018, she also holds credentials in body contouring, cosmetology, nursing assistance, and esthetics. Corrina is driven by a deep desire to help others feel confident and cared for—whether through education, wellness, or beauty. She loves traveling and spending time with her family, always embracing life with warmth and purpose

Nwaka Obu

Claims Manager
Nwaka Obu is a Licensed Environmental Health Officer with the Canadian Institute of Public Health Inspectors. She began her public health career as a Public Health Inspector in Nigeria, working with the Federal Ministry of Environment before relocating to Canada in 2019.
Since then, Nwaka has worked with Alberta Health Services as a Public Health Inspector and now brings her expertise to Yellowknife. Her work covers key program areas, including food safety, public water systems, personal services, disease investigations, rabies follow-ups, childcare inspections, and infection prevention and control..
Nwaka holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry and a Master’s in Environmental Toxicology and Pollution Management from the University of Lagos, Nigeria, as well as an After Degree in Environmental Public Health from Concordia University of Edmonton, Canada. She is a certified Public Health Inspector, dedicated to promoting public health and ensuring safe, healthy environments for the communities she serves.
